Our final time near Mt. Vernon

Tuesday we travel by ferry to the Port Townsend area.

Went to visit Danielle at her work

This is very interesting - I never realized that this area

 was so instrumental in farming

This is where the Skagit River goes through Mt. Vernon

This is one of the trees in our Thousand Trails campground 

that has been cut down

and has regrown an entire new tree.  So cool!
